On en est à la 7.x-1.22. On traduit soit avec i18n soit avec entity_translation.
Metatag fonctionne par type d'entité, de bundle, entity mais aussi par page/path, panels, views...

The Metatag:hreflang module should not be used at the same time as the hreflang module.
