install multi-site :

drush site-install --db-url=mysql://USER:Pw@localhost/DATABASENAME --sites-subdir=sitename 
drush site-install --db-url=mysql://USER:Pw@localhost/NOMDB --sites-subdir=nomsite --db-su=XXXX --db-su-pw=XXXX
